The Supermax price charts below shows that it has been dropping from Rm 10.88 on 10 Oct 2020 to close at the lowest Rm 4.08 on Friday 12 March 2021. It has been fluctuating within a few sen in the last 2 weeks. Those who did not sell their holdings earlier and all those who sold earlier are in a dilemma.
Its 1st quarter EPS was 30.58 sen and 2nd quarter was 40.14 sen. Its half year EPS was 70.72 sen. Assuming its 2nd half year EPS will be the same as 1st half year. Its annual EPS will be Rm 1.41 per share. Price Rm 4.08 divided by Rm 1.41 = 2.89. It is selling at PE less than 3.
The following are the questions:
Shall I sell or not to sell?
Shall I buy some more shares to average down?
Will it continue to drop further down?
When will it rebound?
Those who sold at higher prices earlier, should you buy during this cheap sale?
I cannot advise you!
My opinion:
I am ashamed to admit that I delayed in selling my holdings because I believed the good profit of Supermax will prevail eventually. The longer I delay in selling, I will lose more money.
On hindsight, I should have sold all my holdings earlier. Finally, I sold all my holdings a few weeks ago and I used all my sale proceeds to buy KPS and Dominant which shot to limit up.
I learned a very expensive lesson. I must believe in the price chart. What is a price chart?
It is a record of the daily price movement of a stock. If there are more buyers than sellers the share price will go up. In the case of Supermax there are more sellers than buyers in the last 5 months. As a result, the chart is showing a down trend in the last 5months.
This can only mean that there are more investors who believe the share price will not go up again because the demand for gloves is reducing due the reduction of new Covid 19 cases. Moreover, all the glove manufacturers have been expanding their production capacities and there are more new manufacturers.
In fact, all glove stock shareholders are in a dilemma.

After the stock market closed, KSL announced its 4th quarter ending Dec 2023 EPS of 12.74 sen. The total is 40.76 sen for 4 quarters. Its total EPS for 4 quarter ending 2020 was only 17.8 sen.

There are a few other furniture making companies that are equally as good as Dominant, they did not get their share prices run up, as no ones manipulate the share prices. In a nutshell, chase manipulated shares at your own risk.

Pls counter check his golden words in pass 8 months ago for. Supermax :
" You can avoid stress and worry if you just buy and hold for a few months. You don’t need a crystal ball or consult a fortune teller to tell you that the price for Supermax and other glove stocks will continue to go up higher and higher until the pandemic is under control. "
For new investor, pls identify who are the true sifu before we decided to lern and follow him.

He has posted a similar title in the TG forum. I've commented there that it smells like recruiting members for his latest promotion.
The two tiny cap stocks will be easier to influence than Supermax where many big players are alongside, not to mention indirect impact from other glove stocks.
I read some endorsement comments here. Good luck to all those who knowingly engage in a game of the greater fool, trying to pass your ever more expensive tokens to the next fool.

New gen analysts don't use EPS as major calculation. Cathie Wood always said there is a flaw in valuation of stocks. Need to take into account growth.
I am an old schooler and my friends always told me to use EPS. I think EPS is something everybody can see and banks don't want these type of people to make their money.
Banks now switched to new type of valuation style. The Cathie Wood style.

It simply means Uncle Koon is quite deeply invested into gloves.
From FA wise one will not expect it to drop till so badly.
From TA wise this could be within expectations but still many traders don't see them till its quite later part.
Ofcourse no matter how we comfort ourself that the company is earning / won't go bankrupt still dropping share price daily isn't fun.
Just imagine it is like dataprep everyday going up then even if you don't sell also you happy and have the confidence cause seeing paper value increasing.
We knows its usually short term and we cannot possibly get the lowest price still dwindling paper loss hurt our confidence and break our hearts.

if significate amount of free float share acquired by a group of people, without challenge by other syndicate group, they can easily push up share price(kps or dominant) by circulate trading among themselves. Thus the trading volume is abnormally high. Once ikan bilis tempted, they would slowly dispose their holding, of course in high price.
