I buy gloves from several Malaysian glove manufacturers to sell in Europe. I have a licence to supply gloves to Hospitals in Spain. I notice there is an oversupply of gloves. As a result, glove price is dropping.
All existing glove makers have expanded their production.
Currently all the existing glove manufacturers have expanded their production.
Many companies have diversified
Many companies which are not in the glove business before have diversified to manufacturing gloves. For example:
Mah Sing, a property developer has diversified into the healthcare industry by venturing into glove manufacturing. Establishing its first glove manufacturing factory in Kapar, Mah Sing aspires to be one of the top five glove producers in Malaysia in the future.
Luster Industries Sdn Bhd specialises in plastic moulds, plastic injection moulding (moulding) and assembly. Incorporated in 1986, the Malaysia-based company. 12 Apr 2021 Luster Industries signed a contract for the construction and commissioning (EPCC) for 12 rubber glove production lines in the US. The agreement was inked between Luster and American Nitrile.

The company is set to commence glove production as early as Dec 2020 and increase production up to 2.6 billion pieces of medical grade nitrile gloves per annum by June 2021.
JR Engineering and Medical Technologies have grown from a rubber gloves processing agent to a full-scale glove manufacturer.

Besides the new glove makers as stated above, there are many more glove makers in Malaysia namely
Leader Steel, Rimba Gloves, HLT Global, Kanger Tech, CE Technology, Inix Technology, 23 Gloves Johore, Ol Gloves, etc
I am sure I can also buy gloves at cheaper prices from China.

not only for uncle, a lot of old fund managers are outdated as many mutual funds performed poorly last 5 years and their returns cannot even beat EPF. Even Warren Buffet's Berkshire cannot beat S&P return last 5 years.

Koon should just accept he had been wrong big time TWICE, and adapt accordingly. Instead of being such a sour grape; so sulky he had lost big with Supermax, and then failing to jump onto the gloves rebound.
"prices of gloves cheaper... more players in the market" etc. etc. - even if these are correct, for Bursa investors, speculators and especially traders, WHO CARES?!
Tell us, Koon, *what* is the one and only goal when we enter the stockmarket? Why, it's to MAKE A PROFIT, of course. Specifically, capital gains. If it's not clear enough yet, "To buy something and then sell at a higher price later on", and thereby making a profit.
It doesn't matter how much cheaper gloves are selling now and in the future. As long as the current price is higher than what we had bought a counter for, then all is well and fine.
If Koon hadn't been such a sour grape, he could have recovered some of his losses by jumping onto the rebound. Unfortunately his pride and ego were obstacles. And he is seething in resentment seeing the "gloves ship" leaving without him.
So unfortunate a former `Bursa Guru' has degenerated to this very low level!

Conman is trying to accumulate more silently. Just do the opposite what this KYY is suggesting and you will be fine. He hint sell, then you BUY. he hint BUY, then u must sell. He has taken many of the ppl here for a ride, after all his famous disclaimer is he is "not obliged" for your profit/losses. After satisfied exiting/entering, then he will be "obliged" to inform you. Mudajaya, JAKs, AT, Supermax? Familar?
