Based on the number per 100,000 people, UK gets the Gold medal, US gets the Silver medal and Spain gets the Bronze medal.

Among every 5 British 1 has contacted the Coronavirus in UK.  

Among every 6 Americans 1 has contacted the Coronavirus in USA.

Among every 7 Frenchs 1 has contacted the Coronavirus in France. 

China will be the fairest referee because it has proven to be the best manager of the pandemic in the world.
