BJLand is now at an all time low of RM0.32 due to being pressed down!
 
 
 
Already 78.835% of BJLand Shares being controlled by Berjaya Group...
 
Actually the current Implied Price by Capital Cube is RM0.67 sens
 
and rated as Undervalued!

The long-delayed plan to relocate the Selangor Turf Club (STC) premises from Sungei Besi to a bigger land in Bukit Tagar, Sungai Tinggi is set to move forward, spurred by a court ruling.

 

(BJLand) said its subsidiary Berjaya Tagar Sdn Bhd (BTSB) had won a judicial review against the Selangor state government and other relevant authorities, as it sought to move forward the approval process and procedures for the project.

BJLand has planned a GDV RM6.3 bil Berjaya City (BCity) mixed development on the 248 acres of land at the Selangor Turf Club (STC) in Jalan Sungai Besi which is 14 km from Bandar Malaysia. The mixed development will have bungalow lots, condominiums, shop houses, office towers, serviced apartments, shopping mall and hotel.

* Penang Turf Club property development project REJECTED – but? 

The Penang Island City Council In a letter dated 24 January 2017 has REJECTED a massive project at the Penang Turf Club on various grounds but the developer could attempt to work on and around these grounds for rejection and submit a fresh plan.
 
The project involves the following:
 
Parcel 2: One 24-storey tower for 389 affordable homes and 16 double-storey shoplots
Parcel 3A: Two 22-storey towers for 228 apartments
Parcel 3B: Two 26-storey towers for 278 apartments and four five-storey blocks for 64 apartments
 
The developer is Berjaya Land Development Sdn Bhd
 

"The value of the Penang Turf Club (PTC) land has doubled from RM185 per sq ft since 2011, making it the most expensive prime development land in Penang. Sold to Berjaya Land at RM185 per sq ft in 2011, the remaining PTC land is estimated to be worth between RM350 and RM400 per sq ft today, if converted with planning approval for residential or mixed development usage.

After selling about 23ha to Berjaya Land, there is 81ha of land left in PTC for development."

Last update: 12/10/2017 GEORGE TOWN, Oct 12 (Bernama) -- Berjaya Land Bhd (BLand) is set to launch the third and fourth phases of the Jesselton Villas project, with a gross development value (GDV) of RM1 billion, next year.

BLand Senior General Manager of Properties Marketing Division Tan Tee Ming said the third phase of the project comprised 66 three-storey bungalows, while the fourth phase would have 127 units of three-and-a-half-storey super link houses.
