The company's largest segment is its Utilities division, which houses its electricity generation and water management businesses. YTL mainly generates revenue from selling electricity, water, and other goods, such as cement and real estate.
MINETECH RESOURCES BHD
Minetech Resources Bhd is a Malaysia based company primarily engaged in the production of quarry products, civil engineering works, production of asphalt premix products and production of bituminous products. The products produced by the company are sold to developers or contractors in the property development or construction sectors. Quarry products division includes extraction and the sale of granite quarry products. It offers civil and property construction services, such as blasting, roads and drainage, earthworks, and water reticulation and sewerage. The company is quarries and premix manufacturing facilities are all located in Malaysia.
UEM SUNRISE BERHAD
UEM Sunrise Bhd is a property development company focuses in macro township development; high rise residential, commercial, retail, and integrated developments; and property management and project & construction services. The company operates in three main business segments: property development, property investment, and others. The property development segment develops and sells residential and commercial properties. The property investment segment develops investment properties and holds them to earn rental income and/or capital appreciation.

Do not be conned by YTL loh!
They also undertake non productive project mah!
What govt need to do is vet through all projects carefully to ensure it benefit the nation & ensuring monies really well spend mah!

Houses are getting smaller like matchbox and pigeon holes but selling price like diamond.
Soon it will be coffin size.
Salary stagnant for nearly four decades with minimum salary RM1.5K.
Buying a RM250000 house itself is a life long burden for some.
The developers aim to sell to foreigners rather than Malaysians.
Soon you will see Malaysian families sleeping by the roadside.
That is the direction everything is pointing to.
