Just retired. Has lots of time and little money to invest. This is my blog where I write about my experience, thought process, lessons learnt, and profit and loss along the way.
I am thankful to a few who have taken the trouble to leave comments, especially those who recommend stocks for me to study.
From my posting today, I have reviewed a few stocks which were left in my comment box.
Of those, I have shortlisted the following to be on my watchlist;
1. Johore Tin; Will be picking up a few lots. In my view they have healthy financial standings, and their products will always be in demand.
2. Gadang; Will monitor and do further research. I am a bit wary of stocks which are involved in Property Development, given the bearish situation of the sector. Otherwise, Gadang is a company with excellent track record and led by someone who is very experienced in the industry.
I have added additional RM80k to my capital. Wish me luck...

I top up RM80K yesterday....so total capital now 100K.
Still have not used all...taking a cautious approach.
On paper, I am making a small profit so far. :)

Feimah...Masteel will be issuing bonus shares. How will this affect us if were to own their shares?

Masteel is another highly recommended counter. I was in LionInd . Sold all and change to Masteel.

no worry on bonus issue as all shareholder will be equally get their fair share..
My little worry is on the private placement that had been extended to Jun18.
The good part is the positive outlook is still greater then the pp.

AEON CREDIT has been slapped with additional income tax bill of RM94mil. Surely that will affect their bottom line....won't it?

proposed 1 bonus for 3 existing shares is approved on 14th dec., but ex- date not set yet.
Have to decide soon, as this +ve catalyst is moving the price up
