Armada - can punt? investible ?
number of shares 5.9 billion @ 20 sen......$ 1.2 billion MC
borrowings $ 10.4 billion
cash $ 1.2 billion
net borrowings $ 9.2 billion
Enterprise value $ 10.4 billion ( 1.2+ 9.2)
Net cashflow generated from operating activities
2018 $ 1 billion on revenue of $ 2.4 billion
2017 $ 600 million on revenue of $ 2.4 billion
With $ 7 billion of its borrowings due by May, and must be restructured/ refinanced, the pressue is on the Company to deliver. Reported today that Company is close to getting a US$ 500 million loan. Previouslly reported that bankers are giving a cold shoulder to the request.
Previously, CIMB target revised from X0 sen to 70 sen back to 30 sen on assessment of deal or no deal and bankruptcy risk.
worth a punt?
I think it is worth a punt, can trade on the following basis.........
- technical.............technical looks good and can break out, not over extended after some corrections .previously
-CIMB original tp of 70 ( later revised down ).......probably had some basis and calculations subject to bankruptcy risk and non approval by bankers.
- positive sentiments and right theme........at least better than Sapura in risk - reward ratio for speculators/ traders......
Investible?
Investments is participating in the growth of companies at a reasonable and not excessive valuation.
I would not say this is investible........more work needs to be done..........but worth a punt.

PBT $ 100 m
add depreciation $ $ 200 m
PBT plus depreciation is $ 300 million operating cashflows for 2 nd quarter....X 4 is $ 1.2 billion a years with possibility of better performance from recovery in OMS and Kraken...............
