What ban? Jogging man in Penang argues with council officers

GEORGE TOWN: A man who was stopped by Penang Island City Council enforcers for jogging in City Park here on Thursday (March 19) was defiant, arguing and refusing to return home desppite the fact that he was in violation of the movement contol order (MCO).
A four-minute video clip of the man arguing with council workers has gone viral on social media and has been shared over 21,000 times at the time of writing.
In the video, the man, who claims he is a cardiologist named Dr Ong, is seen asking the enforcers on whether the road he is jogging on is a private or a public road.
Towards the end of the video, the enforcers are still trying to plead with him to leave and go home.
On Wednesday (March 18), the MCO announced by the government went into force in an effort to contain the Covid-19 outbreak.

If you need to exercise, do HIIT at home! Yeah, those high impact exercise can get your extremely exhausted in matter of minutes! There's no excuse! I know plenty of us hardly exercise in the park, it's just an excuse to pretend you are doing some exercise!
Anyway, current MCO will be extended if 30% smartxss refuse to comply!

Anyway, for those smart'ss, starting tomorrow, you don't have to argue with undereducated enforcement! Instead you will deal with the army who are train to kill and they have license to kill! And during this MCO, don't bother to sue if your hard headed loved ones adamant to break MCO!

Very sad and tragic we have huge gathering of 30 - 40,000 at Telok Bahang very recently and this kind of people only think of their own interest only not the interest of others including their immediate families and friends. This gathering was even more recent than the one in Seri Petaling. It should not have taken place.
