KUALA LUMPUR: A 'doa selamat' will be organised instead of the planned 90th Navy Day celebrations, following the helicopter crash earlier this morning.
This was just confirmed by Defence Minister Datuk Seri Khaled Nordin who told reporters at a press conference held at the Royal Malaysian Navy (RMN) base in Lumut, Perak.
The RMN has identified the 10 victims of the crash and expressed its condolences to the victims' next of kin in a statement earlier.
It said four crew members and three passengers were on board the M503-3 Maritime Operations Helicopter (HOM).
