PETALING JAYA: Digital Ministry is looking at formulating policy on quantum technology to further strengthen personal data protection, said minister Gobind Deo Singh.

"We are looking at how we can ensure that there is protection for personal data.We are also looking at how we can improve on structures and how this can also be prepared for new technology moving ahead," he said at a press conference after witnessing the memorandums of understanding (MoU) signing ceremony between Axiata Group Bhd, CyberSecurity Malaysia and Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) here today.
