MACC raids YTL, government offices in RM4bil 1Bestari tender inquiry

KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) have opened investigations into the payment claim involving the Education Ministry's 1BestariNet service tender worth RM4 billion.
The tender was awarded to YTL Communications Sdn. Bhd (YTL) in 2011.
Sources revealed that the MACC raided a government office and the YTL Communications Sdn Bhd office in Kuala Lumpur, today.
