Dear value investors,
Landmark Berhad(1643) ,a lifestyle wellness resort player, may going to bloom soon and deserve a close look.
With GDV of atlease RM12 billion,the Treasure Bay Bintan(100% owned by Landmark Berhad) was aggresively ramping up its product launching activities.Since early 2016,TBB had launched several products included but not limited to,crystal lagoon,100 tents of THE CANOPI glamping,The Patio bar and restaurant,and activities center.
Very soon,we should witness more decisive products launching that should generate huge market interest,including marine life park(should open on 2nd quarter this year at latest) ,game changing product Chiva-Som Bintan(multi award wining wellness resort),and 1000 unit of theme resort name The Village.
When all products stated above come into play,Treasure Bay Bintan will generate substantial recurring income and cash flow to Landmark berhad.In fact,with tourism visitors and revenue per visitor keep growing,Landmark was on track to achieve positive financial result in FY 2018.
And bear in mind,what we discuss above was only Phase 1 of Treasure Bay Bintan(90 hectare).Upon completion,Treasure Bay Bintan should continues to strives for phase 2 and phase 3 development plan,monetization of remaining landbank(which worth atlease RM1.5billion) should also take place.
At 83cen per share,Landmark was valued at RM439 million,means the company only traded at 0.24x of its NAV,merely 15% above its historical low,this is not justify given Landmark already past through the worst time and long awaited upcycle was just around the corner.
I am not asking you to buy landmark immidiately but encourage you to have a close look on this company especially if you was value investor.
As for speculators,Landmark might not the one that you looking for.
Based on my research, i will say Landmark was a very interesting company,i wish i could share everythings i know about this company but unfortunately i was a bit busy this week,i shall share more information and research about Landmark when i able to do so.
