隆市推3可负担屋计划
2013年3月28日开始，吉隆坡市政局推出新的可负担房屋政策，名为RUMAHWIP，在这个房屋政策之下，推行3个组别的可负担房屋发展。
2013年3月28日开始，吉隆坡市政局推出新的可负担房屋政策，名为RUMAHWIP，在这个房屋政策之下，推行3个组别的可负担房屋发展。
以下房屋的申请者，单身收入少过1万令吉（个人）、夫妻收入少过1万5000令吉，10年内不准转售，在吉隆坡联邦直辖区不拥有任何房屋，优先批准在产业附近居住的申请者等等。
