EM lost USD2.1 trillion.
ARE WE OUT OF THE WOODS?
There are still a lot of uncertainty post GE. Many sectors in the stock market are negatively effected. Ranging from construction, properties, infrastructure, toll, healthcare, telco and crony's sector.
Short run, negative until the dust is settled.
Long run, stronger fundamental, less corruption, less rent seekers, would be better for the stock market.
Look out on the liquidity, one of the main determinant of "stock market".
WHAT TO DO NOW?
Whether good or bad news, stock market always over react. Hence, some opportunities do arise.
