who cheat who?
IPIC/ Abrar cheat 1 MDB ?
or did 1 MDB cheat IPIC/ Abrar ?
Can deposit money in wrong account one ah?
Can believe one ah?
The truth of the matter is that IPIC sold a CDS., credit default swap
At that time, a CDS on 1 MDB would have cost less than 10% or 1000 points even without government guarantee.
Having collected the premium on CDS, IPIC would have to honor the obligations.
So, who cheat who?
IPIC could claim 1 MDB cheated them because it was a fraud case involving money laundering and the loan money was laundered and had no intention to repay.
So, how far will the government go in playing the game?
IPIC can insist that 1 MDB has to declare bankruptcy before they honor their obligations.
Will 1 MDB declare bankruptcy?

In fact, if you follow the story, investigators already trace whereabout are the monies. The Malaysian side got to insist they did actually paid them even though both sides knew "duit tolong sama tolong" already. With Ah Jib insists our sides knew nothing of the heist, well, then it is the officers kena tangkap only.
