recommend Pesona and Pesona wc
smallest market cap among construction shares
charts look good
order book > $ 2 billion, 5 times cover for revenue, 4 times cover for market cap
construction play , also industrial building systems subsidiary
private placements to acquire UNIMAP hostel.....good business sense.
SKIP to the next catalyst. On the other hand, there has been talk that Pesona could emerge as one of the concessionaire partners for the proposed SKIP expressway. At a cost of RM2.1bn, Pesona’s stake would provide RM630m worth of work to undertake, boosting its order book by 29%. Upon completing the highway, this would provide another avenue of recurring income to Pesona via tolling.
I have seen so many construction shares go multiple baggers....this one too got good chance.
Don't forget its warrants......conversion 2020 at 25 sen.

a very conservative margin 5% is an impressive 100mil
Orderbook is great, but only time will tell if the margins are well managed.
