This blog provides market updates and trading ideas that I gather from around the web.

Dow Jones: 18,448.41 pts (-33.07pts, -0.18%)
Wall Street ended lower ahead of the speech by Janet Yellen in Jackson Hole. Based on the technicals, the Dow is likely to extend its pullback phase towards the 18,000 level over the near term.

FBM KLCI: 1,680.30 pts (-1.76pts, -0.10%)
The FBM KLCI consolidated near the 1,680 support level and selling pressure intensified among the small caps and lower liners. If the FBM KLCI trips below the 1,680 level, next support will be set around 1,660.

Crude Palm Oil: RM2,561 (-RM39, -1.50%)
Tracking the losses in soy bean oil and Dalian markets, crude palm oil headed lower. Next support will be pegged around RM2,500.

WTI Crude Oil: $47.33 (+$0.56, +1.20%)
Crude oil rebounded near the US$46 level and it is likely to further consolidate the recent rally within the range of US$46-US$48 before another rally towards the US$50 level.

Gold: $1,321.97 (-$2.16, -0.16%)
Gold extended its negative tone for another session and could trend lower towards the US$1,300 level. Gold's upside will be limited around the US$1,350 level.
