According to Pos Malaysia Annual 2010 report,Datuk Paul Low Seng Kuan was appointed director of the company on 1st July 1992.
He was redesigned as an Independent Non-Executive Director and simultaneouly appointed Independent director with effect from 21 August 2007.
Datuk Low is the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Board Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Datuk Low is a Chartered Accountant by profession and is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and has more than 30 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. He graduated from the Footscray Institute of Technology (Victoria University) in Business Studies (Accountancy) and the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) in Industrial Accountancy.
Datuk Low was the Managing Director of Malaysian Sheet Glass Sdn Bhd until 31 March 2010. He also serves on the Board of a number of private and government-linked corporations. He is the former President of the Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers (FMM) and
currently the Vice-President of FMM.
Datuk Low had served as a Board member of the Malaysian Industrial Development Authority (MIDA) and Malaysian Institute of Economic Research (MIER). He is currently the President of Transparency International Malaysia.(resigned on 16.5.13 upon being appointed a cabinet minister after GE13)
