MALTON – Bukit Jalil City Progress

This is a follow-up post on my previous sharing. As you can read from my previous post, I am focusing on this project because the completion of the mega shopping mall will be a game changer to the prospect of the group.

The Bukit Jalil development comprises three phases namely, Pavilion Bukit Jalil Mall and Signature Shops (Phase1), The Park Sky Residence and The Park Point Shop Offices (Phase 2) and The Park 2 (Phase 3). From the annual report, you can see that the sales level are as follow:

Signature Shop: RM542m fully sold and completed

The Park Sky Residence: 91% take up

Park Point shop office: 55% take up (phase 2 cumulative RM1069m)

The Park 2: Tower 1 (68%) Rm234m, Tower 2 39% sold RM128m (new release)

The latest sales level should be higher than the figure provided in 2017 annual report as you can see from the photo taken from the official webpage, The Park Sky Residence is full sold while The Park 2 Tower 1 is 90% sold. In the annual report, the management also said that

“The Group will be constructing a new flyover to Puchong and new roads leading directly to Bukit Jalil City including an underpass access to the development besides four pedestrian bridges to enhance accessibility and livability of this growing township.” While ensuring the success of the project, the management also actively increase the value by enhancing the connectivity to Bukit Jalil City.

The following is the construction progress as of 2018, shared by The Park, Bukit Jalil Facebook webpage.

It seems that the Bukit Jalil City project is well received by the market judging from the sales level as it is selling very well. Let us hope that the mega-shopping mall will do equally well when it is completed and bring the company to the next level.
