I bought Keuro(now WCE) at 27 sen and sold it at 81 sen for a 200% gain long ago.

Now this TalamT is only 4.5 sen.

If it goes up to just 20 sen how many per cent oyou think i will make?

Anyone know how to calculate?

Once upon a time Pengerang region houses were tenanted at only Rm200 to Rm300 per month.

And?

And after PETRONAS LAUNCHED RAPID IN PENGERANG - these same houses are now tenanted from Rm6,000 to Rm8,000 a month due to influx of 70,000 workers.

Suddenly the houses in Sg Rengit near RAPID are more expensive than those of Nusajaya!

Only Singapore houses can match those prices of Sg Rengit.
