Having been here in i3 Forum more than a decade we have met many times "People who do not understand, cannot understand & will not be able to understand" our reasons by buying stocks


Take this for example in Rsawit Forum

RSawit has lost hundreds of millions over the past 10 years. Even when palm oil price spiked to over RM6,000 a ton, it was still not profitable. It has practically no cash and borrowings of over RM300 million. Its NTA is only 17 sen a share. Guys. be wise enough, think carefully before you make a decision to invest.

The last time RSawit paid a dividend was more than 10 years ago and its NTA has been dropping every year for the last 10 years to 17 sen a share now.

Divide price by land


= Rm1,524,600

To get psf divide by 43,560

= Rm35.00 psf sq feet

No wonder people chased up Muiprop bt 42% & kena UMA
