What is TalamT?

1. TalamT profit is not visible
10 years ago TalamT has Rm500 millions debt
Today it has settled Rm440 millions
Debt is now only Rm68 millions
If no debt to settle TalamT would have reported the Rm440 millions as profit

Now Tan Sri Datuk Chan has stated that TalamT has Rm7 billions in real estate assets
Of these the remaining lands are
1. In prime location like Gombak, selangor, Dengkil, Serendah
2. These lands were bought long ago and still sitting on old book value. If revalued they should be

What if all these lands are later developed into desirable properties and sold

Listed in Latest balance sheet is Rm190 millions in investment properties
Rm190 millons divides by 4 billions paid up capital of TalamT is about 4.5 sen exactly
Now TalamT still has ppe of over Rm300 millions of which there are 3 shopping malls, lands in prime location and completed buildings
So if investment properties of rm190 millions are disposed it could me a net cash of 4.5 sen
And if Talam should give this net cash of 4.5 sen as outright special dividend then?
Then if we buy TalamT at 4 sen now we already get back our original capital plus free half sen and still holding free TalamT shares

AT 7.5 SEN PM CORP FELL TO ITS LOWEST

In year 2005 Talam paid up capital was Rm1. 00 share
It gave 4% which gave 4 sen
How I know
I was the sorchai who bought 10,000 shares of TalamT for Rm1. 00 per shares
Later TalamT crashed 90% to only 10 sen and gone into pn17
Then I saw keuro( Wce now) being top holder of TalamT., And ijm bought into keuro
Ijm being Govt owned sure ok. So keuro and Talam should be ok
I bought keuro at 27 sen and bought even more TalamT at 10 sen when I saw TalamT splitting into 3 for one
My keuro gone up to 81 sen for 200% upside
Talam rebounded to 20 sen or 30 sen and I sold to recover my capital
After 13 years Talam is still 4 sen which is actually 12 sen before split
Now in the last 10 years there was a real estate boom in Malaysia
Many houses in kl have gone up
3x
4x
Or even 10 times
In Gombak those low medium cost houses at rm40k
Today selling for Rm400k
So how can TalamT real estate not go up like others

Syndicates seeing this anomaly are actively promoting hot air balloon stocks of no value to trap sorchai
Batch of lambs are led to the slaughter again and again
As a result the general population in Malaysia shun the stock market
Today less than 20% of Malaysia retail investors buy shares
And among these 20% the majority still go gambling in fools stocks with no Margin of safety

Calvin was top holder in Pm Corp with 2.2 million shares
Later Calvin found out Sifu Stockraider bought 3 million Pm Corp shares - even more than Calvin
