All Glove Companies & Glove Material Companies Have Run Up in Prices.

It is now getting harder and harder to find laggard Glove Related Stocks as prices of some have doubled & tripled from their March lows

At today closing price of 68 sen

PPHB has a P/E of 8.37

Now look at its NAV 

It is Rm1.31

So at 68 sen PPHB is selling at almost half the Value of Its NET ASSET VALUE

Now Let's Go and See the Annual Report of PPHB

From the Properties we see

1) Many are Industrial Factories which Company is using for Operations

2) Condos for rental

The combined book value of these Assets are Rm76,330,550

That is about 40.5 sen per share

So if you deduct 68 sen from 40.5 sen you are paying 27.5 sen for the Business and all the Machineries 

SO FROM MARGIN OF SAFETY (50% DISCOUNT TO NTA)

 GROWTH PROSPECTS (FROM E-COMMERCE & GLOVE BOOSTER

AND UNDEMANDING P/E PPHB LOOKS LIKE A PROMISING COMPANY

Price now 68 sen

Short Term Target price is 90 sen

Longer term it should rise above Rm1.00 nearer to its NTA
