Hi Guys,

I have An Investment Approach I which I would like to all.

Good evening friends of i3 Forum

Today Hs plant was sold down to Rm2.77

At 15.5 sen dividend it has a yield of 5.6%

Let's see

The 3 Best Bull Years of Palm oil were 2008, 2012 & 2014

Let's see

Total dividend for year 2008 was 15 sen

Only 7 sen dividend for year 2012

@ dividends plus a special dividend of 2 sen made it 13 sen for year 2014

Now SEE

This year just announced the highest dividend of 15.5 sen (which is more than the combined total of 2008 or 2012 or 2014

Why could Hapseng be able to give out such high dividend

For that please go see again its latest results

It earned 11.79 sen but giving a 15.5 sen dividend

That means that Hs Plant is sanguine over its future prospects as it gives out more than it earns

Why so positive?

Let's go see its balance sheet

Money market deposits
296,637,000 (as at 31.12.2021)
195,322,000 (as at 31.12.2020)

Hapseng plant has increased its Bank FD from Rm195.322 Millions to Rm296.637 Millions or up 51.8%

Cash and cash equivalents
121,040,000 (31.12.2021)
63,655,000 (31.12.2020)

Its cash in Savings Acc also up 90.1%

HS PLANT IS FLUSHED IN CASH!

Hs Plant  has zero borrowings
It is 100% into Palm oil upstream
Sells at Spot which captures the best price

Hs Plant is seeing very good earnings ahead as Cpo now ranges from Rm6,000 to Rm7,000 and more

So Hs Plant has Cash of Rm296,637,000 (FD) + Rm121,040,000 (savings Acc (no borrowing at all)

Total Cash is Rm Rm417.677 Millions Pure Cash

How much per share?

Short cut is Rm Rm417.677 Millions divides by Rm94.307 millions X 11.79

= 52.21 Sen

All this will be future dividend as Now with Cpo above Rm6,000 to Rm7,000 lots of real profits will be rolling in

PALM OIL STOCKS GOT REAL SOLID EARNINGS WHICH WILL BE TRANSLATED TO REAL SOLID DIVIDEND PAYOUTS

Bershire Hathaway has SEE'S CANDY. SEE'S CANDY PAYS about 20% dividend yearly as it is a Cash business.
A cash business does not need capex or Reserch & Dev expense.

So is palm oil. Once the Trees are Planted we just collect the Fresh Fruit Bunches & Convert them as a Cash Crop

So now that CPO is at such high prices & we expect it to last much longer as a New equation of limit land for Palm oil, Population growth & Cpo for biodisel will elevate demand for a very long time to come

Best regards

Please buy or sell after doing your own due diligence

And yes Historical high of Hs Plant was Rm3.78 when Cpo hovered around Rm3,500 to Rm4,000

Now that Cpo has gone up 80% more from last world record of Rm4,000 peak we certainly expect Hs Plant to over Rm3.78 to reach Rm4.00 first & then Rm5.00 and higher
