Hi Guys,

I have An Investment Approach I which I would like to all.

Dear Friends of i3 Forum,

The price rise of Palm Oil shares were Fierce from February 2022 and the subsequent correction is now overdaone

Time to consider buying over sold Palm oil shares as long as Cpo trades above Rm4 ,000 per ton (last world record) and anything above that will be an added Bonus

Our Topic Today is Bplant (5254)

And these are the salient factors

1) Bplant has over 220,000 Acres of Palm oil estates so it will benefit most from Cpo price surge

It is pure upstream Palm oil co

2) Bplant landbanks are spread all over Peninsular, Sabah & Sarawak

The lands in Peninsular are mostly freehold and near development centres

Any disposal commands high profits and from profis 60% will be distributed out as dividends

So far so good

See

For year 2021 Bplant gave a total of 4.85 sen dividen

This year started with a generous 4 sen dividend

In good years Bplant gave out high dividend & free bonus issue as well

See

Now do we see better dividends ahead?

Yes!

There is visibiity & clarity ahead

Rm85.135 Million profit eqivalent to 3.80 sen

So Rm363.67 Millions divides by Rm85.135 Millions X 3.8

= 16.23 sen Profit

Of this Bplant's policy is to give out 60% as profit

So 16.23 X .6

= 9.73 sen

All things being equal though FFB harvest for 1st Qtr is down but Cpo prices are up can we expect Bplant to main its 3.80 profit?

And 60% of 3.8 sen = 2.28 sen (dividend ratio)

So 0.73 + 2.28

= 12.1 sen (expected dividend)

Bplant price now 92.5 sen

If 12.1 sen dividend it means that Bplant dividend is 13.08%

Nothing could beat Bplant in dividend payout

Canola or Rapeseed oil holding at world record USD1100 above previous world record USD600 by more than 85% EXTRA will keep CPO Prices Highly Elevated Above Rm6,000

There is a Huge shortfall of Canola oil as Canada Canola Crop destroyed by drought
