Both Opcom & Redtone have started moving in view of the 12MP Thrust for NFCP Nationwide Fiberisation this coming Friday 11th November 2019

But there is widespread pessimism on Netx the most unloved, overlooked & misunderstood Digital Stock

Since it is still so cheap Calvin wants to focus here. I think many don't see what I SEE

One Rights shares for One existing shares at 5 sen with One free warrant thrown in.

Not bad for One extra shares & warrant at 5 sen

Of course like many other shares that tanked NETX share price also gone down in the prevailing sell down. You must know that Many Stocks in KLSE are trading just like KLSE 4 Year Low now. The Exceptional stocks were mainly OGSE Stocks like Carimin, Penergy, Dayang/Naim, Uzma & Deleum. Not even Oil support for OGSE did well until now.

So please view Netx in its context of pessimism

Now if you go back to years of 2017/8 even all OGSE were traded at very poor prices. Carimin was 21.5 sen at its lows, Penergy at 34 sen, Dayang only 50 sen and Uzma at 55 sen

BUT IT WAS THE RM30 BILLIONS CAPEX FROM PETRONAS THAT TRIGGERED THEIR BULL RUN

Ok, let's come back to Netx

So for all of last decade only One Rights Issue was raised by Netx. And that was at 5 sen with One Netx share plus a free warrant thrown it.

Then how did Netx raised its capital?

All by willing parties

1) From Netx sfaff by ESOS at 4 sen.

pity the employees, lose their hard earn money, tells a lot on their mgmt..

Calvin comments:

Last time Pintaras Jaya gave out ESOS to employees at Rm1.90

Then Pintaras Jaya dropped to Rm1.40

So Employees of Ptaras Jaya had lost 50 sen from their ESOS at Rm1.90

Pity them?

Pity what? Pity those who missed buying Ptaras Jaya at Rm1.40 (Calvin & Johor Sifu bought lots of PTaras at Rm1.40)

PTaras went up from Rm1.40 to Rm7.00 and split (Up 500%)

My Johor Sifu made Rm1.5 Millions from PTaras

Then there were Private Placement to Individuals & finally Mcquirie Bank took up Netx shares at 4 sen

ALL THESE SHOW THAT THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO PUT FAITH IN NETX BY ESOS, RIGHTS & PRIVATE PLACEMENT

As of now NETX has a very healthy balance sheet of Rm34 Millions in Cash & almost debt free

And you don't go bankrupt like Barakah if you are debt free. You don't need to go through capital restructuring like Perdana if you don't owe people money

As for consolidation?

No need. No need unless Netx was to follow Rcecap and give cash payout

Last round in Rcecap Calvin & Johor Buddies bought Rcecap when Rcecap consolidated from 4 to one

27.5 sen with 7.5 sen cash payout and consolidated from 4 to one

Calvin saw Rcecap Cash Rich & even Datuk Hashim the Ambank Boss was buying

So Rcecap became 80 sen and then later doubled to Rm1.60 for 100% upside!

So no need to fear Netx as Asiabio Boss is buying & Netx is also Cash Rich

And you must remember that Netx is a totally new enterprize type of stock in the 4th Industrial Revolution.. It is like a venture Company seeking for its footing. Even hibiscus crashed from over Rm2.00 to 20 sen for a 90% collapse before finally striking oil

Hibiscus at its bottom in early year 2016 even dipped below 20 sen. And there were lots of private placement then to keep hibiscus afloat. Even Calvin misunderstood Hibiscus then and passed wrong assumptions

So I now expect people to pass the same judgement on Netx as well. If I could misunderstood others I can expect others to misunderstand me now.

So 5 sen X 30 = Rm1.50 profit?

That's unbelievable!
