Mr Schnabel is currently the sole shareholder and CEO of Helm AG ("HELM"). 

He started his career at HELM with a dual training to become a business economist in foreign trade. He then became a member of HELM's management team responsible for several subsidiaries worldwide, specifically in Latin America and Southern Europe. He was later promoted to Executive Director in charge of HELM's crop protection companies in South America in 2011. In 2012, he was appointed to HELM's Executive Board and is currently the Chairman of the Executive Board since 2020.
