A Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) of ICAEW. Trained with Binder Hamlyn in the UK, and after
qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, moved to The Audit Commission and PricewaterhouseCoopers
London before returning to Malaysia with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Held several C-Suite and Executive Leadership positions including CFO roles and Heads of Corporate
Finance in the Sime Darby Group before moving to the Sapura Energy Group in Finance and Strategy.
Currently, Non-Executive Chairperson on the Board of Paratus Energy Services Ltd, a holding company
of a group of leading energy companies, both listed and private, with assets and activities in
Europe and Americas.
