Ms. Kew started her career as a Senior Officer Chemicals Industry of Singapore Economic Development Board ("SEDB"). She was later promoted as SEDB's Centre Director of Chicago and Dallas, USA. In 2003, Ms Kew joined SHELL and was later promoted to hold various managerial positions through her 19-year in SHELL, the last being Commercial General Manager Chemicals Asia. She joined HELM AG in 2023 where she is presently the Managing Director and President Chemicals of HELM Asia.
