what is the interest coupon for this PA? I went to Bursa website and could not find anything. it mention :

"The Company have the sole discretion to decide whether to declare any non-cumulative dividend to the holders of ICPS. They do not have the right to participate in any additional distributions declared for ordinary shareholders"

Does this means this is not usual type of PA where no interests coupon will be paid? and they only declare dividend and this is at the discretion of the company? which also mean unlikely to receive any dividend too?

1. Does that means we need to pay additional to convert?
2. Assuming that the shareholders converts, what is the dilution effects on the mother shares?

PA almost at all time low now 0.20 compared with all time low share price 0.30, share price now 0.36, buy more PA @0.20 targetted for conversion to share commencing in November 2019, 1 to 1 basis, no need to pay a single sen extra for conversion !!! Conversion discount now very attractive at 45% !!!

Please call the Share Registrar or better still the Company Secretary to confirm conversion is 1 to 1 without any further payment except for normal conversion fee of RM20 per conversion with conversion period commencing from November 2019 onwards !!!

With the further special share issue of 400M@36 sen by second half 2019, it will even be more interesting for PA now at 25 sen from now to conversion period starting from 28 November this year !!! Conversion discount now still significant n attractive at around 30% !!!

Can also call the Share Registrar to confirm. If can, also get them to email u the CONVERSION FORM provided they already drafted it out as the conversion on a 1 to 1 basis without any further payment can only be done from 28 November this year !!! ( note : no further payment is needed as this PA (convertible preference share) is already fully paid and issued at 80 sen and the conversion price is also 80 sen to convert to ordinary share, therefore no need further payment for conversion)

--Private vaccine sales start in Aug--
PUTRAJAYA: Pharmaceutical companies will be allowed to sell vaccines on the private market starting in August, says National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme coordinating minister Khairy Jamaluddin.
“The Special Committee on Ensuring Access to Covid-19 Vaccine Supply (JKJAV) will meet next week to decide on the guidelines for the private sale of vaccines, including the ceiling price,” he said at his weekly joint media briefing with Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr Adham Baba yesterday.
Khairy added that the cap on prices is to ensure that the vaccines would not be sold at too high a price.
“A lot of people have been asking why we don’t open up the private market for people who are willing to pay.

The COVID-19 vaccine produced by Shenzhen Kangtai Biological Products can protect against various mutations of the novel coronavirus, including the increasingly dominant Delta variant, the company told the Global Times on Wednesday.

The company said it had recently succeeded in isolating the Delta strain and would continue to evaluate it for further vaccine development.

Kangtai's COVID-19 vaccine was approved in China for emergency use in May. The company previously announced that data collected during the Phase I and II clinical trials showed a strong antibody response.
