Selling of Right is $0.50(bfor ex) ; $0.58 is the Theory price after ex-right, related to warrant with exercise price $0.50 . Basing their not so strong sentiment from their existing Share trading I doubt that could stay at $0.58 ex-right given their weak eps.

Basing on average of x10 P.e. $5.7mil 2014 profit will make up the ex-right at abt $0.32 ; while if x15P.e. applied itwill be $0.48 ; with $0.58 it has a x18 P.e. My strategy is wait and see if there any new development that can help to score its margin.

SHARE PRICE NOW $0.68
Before ex right = 0.078bil shares Divided by ex right share is 0.18 bil share;
Si, dilution factor is 0.076/ 0.18 = Ex right price shud b at $0.422 yet it is abt at P.e. 8 compare to 2014 profit.
Another word ; using the claim ex right theory at $0.58 / 0.422 will imply that the Traded price today to be $1.37 wich imply to 18 P.e. THE FiGURE ARE NOT 100% true, But, it shouldn't be too great d different rite ?
