Public bank with conservative top management don’t worth more than RM19..... bonus issue having not effect on value of stocks , just half of retail investors don’t understand it n assume it get cheaper or must go up at least 15-20% during this bonus issue time ...

MRDIY only worth RM1.90-2.00, those have purchased the stock at above $2.40-2.50, be cautious ... Earning 350-400 mil per year don’t worth more than RM12 billion in market cap ... be cautious , don’t simply goreng only ...

Why U guys so confused about the investment bank analysts should use what year profit to calculate the target price of Top glove n top 4 glove counters? It is irrational to follow those ridiculous analysts to use peak profit of 2020 n 2021 to calculate target prices, some even using PE of 24-27 of 2020 or 2021... The target price of top 4 counters need to put the profit of 2022 into calculation to be more accurate... For example, Topglove earning RM1.4 billion for 2020 Aug year end n RM3.9-4.1billion for 2021 Aug year end .... Then if 2022 Aug only earning 1.0-1.1 billion ( after pandemic).... The average profit ( for 3 years) is only 20- 22 billion ... If using PE of 21-22 is fair , Topglove market cap only worth 43-48 billion , may worth even lower than 38 billion due to profits of 2023 n 2024 also need to put in for calculation for fair value/ target price...

Thanks to few investment banks or research house keep giving higher n higher target prices of top 4 glove counters in last 3 months ... half of the retailers being affected by their target prices n chasing high ... Glove counters will face oversupply n 50-60% drop in profits after June of 2021.... So it is irrational to believe target prices of Rm32- Rm46 ( before bonus issue ) for Topglove n Rm 24-28 for Supermax n so on ....

Once the Supermax counter dropped below RM7 ( that is RM14 before 1 for 1 bonus issue), something more than normal correction has happened... Giving extra low target price for Airasia n at the same time research houses as Affin Hwang n Kenanga keep giving rich valuation n higher target prices for top 4 glove counters.... There is risk of over optimistic for glove counters for their profits in next year n many investment banks using PE of 25-28 of calendar year 2021 profit after tax to calculate their target prices...
