Do not really understand what he try to say, he said 很多投資人不了解的是,經過美、日、歐先前輪番寬鬆,全球約有20兆美元(約新台幣672兆元)游資在資本市場四處搜尋投資機會, but also said 美國上次升息1碼將引動3兆美元逐漸抽離資本市場,也就是說資金退潮循環才正要開始. if 游資在資本市場四處搜尋投資機會 then why want to 逐漸抽離資本市場?? even if 游資抽離資本市場, they still need to invest the capital or just keep under the pillow?.

you only include the capital appreaciation in your calculations but not the rental income... any smart investor will invest in property for both capital appreciation so as rental income. this is the purpose to invest in property

Extracted from GUIDE ON COMMERCIAL BANKING)
Credit, Debit or Charge Card
Q18: Most banks waive the annual subscription fee on the credit card to make
it competitive in the market. Is the waived annual subscription fee subject to GST?
A18: Since there is no consideration for the supply of service, the bank need not charge GST on the waived annual subscription fee.

I put in one fund for 4 years in a reputable UT company, with SI deduction every month, never sell and just top-up, after 4 years, total loss 15%.

Another reason that i want to add is the high charges in fees, initally charges 5 - 6%, management fees of 1.5 to 1.8%, even the fund is performed at 10%, after the say 5.5% initially charged and the 1.5% management fees, the custoemer only get 3%, might as well put in the money in FD as no risk at all. From my experience, it is not easy to make money in the UT even with the dollar averaging method. Buy share or REITs have better chance to make money.

Philip Capital will send their researched reports to their customers. PC recomended this counter because Redtone starts turning from red to black and Maxis partnered with Redtone for it 4G services. I follow PC recommendation as before this i followed the recommendation to buy MBSB, the returns is > 100%. Hope this is another MBSB :-)
