国阵宣言漠视４Ｄ经济问题

民主行动党秘书长林冠英表示，昨晚甫公布的国阵竞选宣言漠视大马目前面对的4D宏观经济问题，以致2020年高收入国目标已沦为不可能的任务。

他说明，这些4D宏观经济问题包括债务（Dept）、赤字（Deficit）、贪污诈民膏（Deceit from Corruption）及人才外流（Brain Drain）。

林冠英强调，除非国阵竞选宣言正视上述问题，否则“国阵‘承诺的希望’竞选宣言，将会沦为空头支票”。

林冠英在今天文告指出，4D问题是使马来西亚深陷中等收入陷阱的主因。

“让人难以置信的，1966年马来西亚的人均收入是350美元远超韩国的130美元，但时隔近50年后，韩国却以2万2424美元人均收入，远超马来西亚9977美元人均收入。”

国阵宣言抄袭自民联

此外，林冠英也批评国阵主席纳吉所公布的国阵竞选宣言，意图透过“猛刷派发现金及奖励金”的承诺，表达有信心赢取来届大选。

他更点出，国阵宣言抄袭了人民宣言的4个项目，包括：
——降低车价；
——提高警力拼治安打击罪犯；
——2300公里长连贯砂拉越三马丹至沙巴Serunding的跨婆罗洲高速公路；
——沙巴、砂拉越所有物价与半岛划一。

非法资金外流冠全球

针对4D问题，林冠英说明，位于华盛顿的金融监督组织“全球金融诚信组织”曾揭露，马来西亚2001至2010年的10年间，共有8720亿令吉的非法资金外流，排在墨西哥和中国之后。

“如果以人均计算，马来西亚非法资金外流却高举全世界冠军。从2001至2010年每位大马人民就损失了3万1000令吉，而中国人每人则损失6400令吉。”

林冠英以国家养牛丑闻为例表示，养牛贷款原应发给真农夫，可是从来未曾养过一头牛的部长家属，却获得2亿5000万令吉的贷款，这笔钱更被误用来购买公寓。

“在砂拉越州，我们可以看到更糟糕的个案——财富是被州政府的领导人控制，这已是公然标榜的事。”

贪腐加剧了人才外流

林冠英也指出，类似的贪污案件，加剧原有的人才外流情况。

“自从我国在1957年独立以来，超过200万大马人离开了马来西亚。目前尚没有任何具体的努力留住人才，更甭说扭转人才外流的趋势。”

惟安华才能扭转债务

林冠英提醒，大马的债务更令人担忧。

“截至2012年12月31日，联邦政府的债务创下5020亿令吉，与2007年杪的2660亿令吉相比，增加了89%。赤字也越来越糟糕。联邦政府在2012年预算案中的预算赤字——597亿令吉，是马来西亚史上最高的赤字记录。”

“我国最后一次享有预算盈余是在1997年，也就是安华依不拉欣担任副首相的时候。自1997年起，我国经历了连续15年的预算赤字。这就是为什么我们要安华当我国新的首相，以将预算赤字扭转成预算盈余。”

民联州政府累积盈余

林冠英补充，与国阵的惨淡经营的财务表现相比，民联州政府成功一年接一年地创下了财政盈余，更以持续方式成功减债。

“槟州在2008年3月，共有6亿3000万令吉令吉债务，在2011年杪，我们成功减债6亿令吉至只有3000万令吉债务，也即是减了95%的债务。”

“我们能够达致这些成就，是因为我们秉持着能干、公信、透明（CAT）的施政方针，贯彻一个廉洁的政府。相反的，我们有一个拒绝与反贪委会合作、依然可以逍遥法外、不必受到惩罚的砂州首长。他甚至谴责反贪委会不诚实主顽皮。”

When you get your ballot paper, make sure there are NO MARKINGS made on it. If the SPR kerani wants to play funny tricks, all they need to do is to pre mark the paper (a dirty smudge or dot) and if you don't 'pangkah the same calon, its considered a spoilt vote.

Be observant, be careful and be brave enough to say 'tukar' when you know you are being cheated.

In fact... to me, all politicians r dirty. All have personal agenda.
But when a politician at its seat for 50 yrs... all hell break loose.

So, putting a new devil in the game will give the citizens room to breath.

It will be fun to seeing each and everyone of them trying to catch each other. Hence, overall, the country will be more transparent and harder to play a fool. Regardless who heads the country.
