As predicted, EPF has ceased to be substantial shareholder of SUNWAY.

Finally, Sunway market makers let it float by itself and closed at RM1.79 (7 sen below WB exercise of RM1.86) with a very thin volume. So, tomorrow 6 October 2017, SUNWAY-WB will start with RM0.005.

If tomorrow's SUNWAY closing price is less than or equal to RM1.86 (WB exercise price), then the WB will have an initial price of RM0.005.

Today's unchanged close of RM1.80 considered OK knowing that today is T + 3 of last Friday's surge with record breaking volume. See how is tomorrow's trade as it will determine the initial price of SUNWAY-WB which will debut on this coming Friday. Very likely it will be RM0.005. Doesn't look that bright.

EPF left with 105,606,567 shares (5.0300%). They will cease to be substantial shareholders with another disposal of 650,000 shares.

The market makers should at least make it RM1.86 (the exercise price of WB) by Thursday.

I share the same disappointment as to why there are so many sellers where the bonus issues are yet to be credited into traders' CDS account.

To PTRANS shareholders, may I know at what time you all can see your PTRANS-WA shares in your CDS account on 28.09.2017? Is it 7:00 am? I am a shareholder of SUNWAY but the crediting of bonus issues and free warrants into my CDS account have been delayed from today (2 October 2017) to this Friday (6 October 2017). This makes me quite worry. Kindly please enlighten me.

PTRANS got make such announcement:
"Any shareholder who is entitled to receive PTRANS Bonus issue shares, may sell any or all of his PTRANS shares arising from the Bonus issue beginning the Ex-Date (12 September 2017). For example, if Mr X purchases 100 PTRANS shares on cum basis on 11 September 2017, Mr X should receive 100 shares on 14 September 2017. As a result of the Bonus issue, a total of 110 PTRANS shares will be credited into Mr X's CDS account on the night of 14 September 2017 being the Book Closing Date. Therefore, Mr X can sell the bonus issue shares of 110 on or after the Ex-Date i.e. from 12 September 2017 onwards."

But SUNWAY made this announcement:
The Bonus Shares and Warrants will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities within five (5) clear market days after the Entitlement Date (6 October 2017).

Usually other counters, e.g. PTRANS, our remisier can sell both the mother shares and the bonus issues for us on the ex-date because it is just on time the bonus issues will be credited into our CDS account by T + 3. But for SUNWAY, it is surprising that they will list the bonus issues and WB only on T + 7. So those who sold on ex-date last Wednesday, they will not be able to deliver the bonus issues after T + 3. According to my remisier, they are forced to buy back those bonus shares today.

Those who sold all shares (mother and bonus shares) on ex-date last Wednesday are subject to forced buy in today.

Okay! I have called the Sunway Registrar (Mr Eric). He said both the bonus issues and free warrants will be in our CDS accounts together this Friday 6 October 2017.

Let's say an investor owns 1,099,000 shares of AEONCR-LA.
1,099,000/10.99 = 100,000 AEONCR shares.
Let RMy be the intrinsic value of AEONCR-LA.
y X 1,099,000 = 100,000 X RM12.92.
y = 1.18
Hence, the intrinsic value of AEONCR-LA is RM1.18.

If 5% premium is given to the mother share, i.e. [(100 + 5)/100] X 12.92 = 13.57, then
y X 1,099,000 = 100,000 X RM13.57
y = 1.23

I have waited so long. Sell now also meaningless. I better bite the bullet and go through the bonus issues, free warrants and dividends.

Tomorrow (12.09.2017), the company will announce the 'final subscription result and the rate of subscription of the excess rights securities'. See whether it is under subscribed or over subscribed.

AEONCR-LR has already been debited out from my CDS account already. What about the rest of you?

@ Vizhai, we have to make it multiples of 3000 shares to avoid odd lots. For 3000 shares, we are entitled 4000 bonus shares and 900 WA. If not, you can hardly sell.

I don't know there are people who are willing to take the risk to trade HCK-WR with only 4 trading days available, i.e. 29/08, 30/08, 5/9 and 6/9. I thought the purpose of warrant rights is for investors to subscribe its HCK-WA with an issue price of RM0.05 per WR.

I got buy AEONCR-LR but I subscribe for AEONCR-LA with an issue price of RM1.00 per LR. AEONCR-LA will be listed on 21/09/2017.

In March 2016, I got buy Gamuda-WR but I paid RM0.25 per share to convert it to Gamuda-WE and I have gained a lot as the price of Gamuda-WE now is a whopping RM1.36.

Both AEONCR-LA and GAMUDA-WE are fundamentally sound counters but I do not think HCK is a goof FA counter. So I prefer to ignore its WR.
