Geshen, there is a market maker, a new CEO with impressive titles and corporate player. Geshen...like Instacom have been planned for more than 1 years.
The nearest comparison to geshen is Instacom. , not Comintel.

Comintel has a web site that don't even have a section called Investor Relations. Comintel was heading towards bankruptcy until the ringgit dropped drastically., and a BOD and management that has already given up until they are rescued by the fall in the ringgit.

since this is bluff money portfolio, I first submitted a portfolio of 5 red chips on the basis that 2016, year of the exporters, 2016 year of the red chips. ...but I couldn't find 5 red chips trading above 10 sens, so that portfolio is disqualified. There is method in the madness.
the rationale is like that...with 50 competitors, on a strictly random basis, the chances of being number 1 is 2%...but there is a better than 2% chance that the red chips suddenly go up in Dec 2016. , when there is nothing else to play.

next, I submited a portfolio of 3 small caps that complies with KYY rules and 2 plantation/timber plays
Chinwell, Tguan, Keinhin, Jtiasa, Taan.
