For the price limits, the KLCI component stocks that are trading equal or more than RM1 per share, the upper limit price is capped at 30% intraday while the lower limit is set at -15% intraday. In terms of dynamic price limit, upper limit is set at +8%, while lower dynamic limit is capped at -5%.

As for KLCI stocks that are trading less than RM1 per share, the upper limit price is set at +30 sen, while lower limit price is capped at -15 sen. Meanwhile, upper dynamic price limit is set at +8 sen, lower dynamic limit is capped -5 sen. Currently, none of index component stocks are traded at below RM1.

The two regulators said the revisions will be applicable for a six-month period from July 20, 2020 to Jan 18, 2021.

Exactly, it was a grave mistake by PBB analyst who just accorded 1x FCFE derived as it's TP. The analyst should acknowledge this flaw and make a revision to the TP. Hopefully PBB can come back to us as their reputation is at stake.

lol, 2 very contradictory technical readings : one anticipates down-trending (Yu_and_Mee) and the other (817065) vice versa. I am inclined to support the latter's anticipation and I believe that the price is likely to move upward prior and post warrant listing (of course there will be some minor pull backs along the advancement).

I foresee the warrants to be traded in the range of 0.50~0.70 based on today's closing price for mother.

The bonus will be given to the subscriber of rights (OR). The stock has gone ex on 19-2-18. As of today, the stock still stays strong. As such the question of dropping after bonus ex-date will not arise this time.

The warrant exercise price is fixed at RM1.70

1. If u own 2000 HSSEB on or before 15-2-18, u are entitled 200 HSSEB-OR which will be listed from 22-2-18 to 28-2-18.

2. U can sell away the OR in the open market on those trading days if u choose not to subscribe.

3. If u decide to subscribe u should fork out rm260 and fill in the form that will be dispatched to u in due course or u can download from Bursa website. Another way is u seek investment bank's help by paying minimal charges.

4. New HSSEB + warrant will be listed on 21-3-18.

5. On 21-3-18, ur CDS account will be credited with 300 HSSEB + 300 HSSEB-WA.

6. In total, u will have 2300 HSSEB and 300 HSSEB-WA on 21-3-18.

7. U can then sell the HSSEB and HSSEB-WA in the open market. If mother shares still stay @RM1.90 then u stand to make decent profit by subscribing the rights.

U need to fill up the subscription form to be entitled bonus shares and free warrants. The form will be dispatched to u in next few days.

To subscribe, u need to buy a bank draft + duly filled subscription form and send to registrar before the deadline. Some of investment banks will help u to perform the above tasks with minimal charges. Just call ur remisier to find out if they are of help.

For illustration purpose:
If u own 2000 shares in HSSEB, u will be entitled 200 Hsseb-OR. U need to fork out RM260 to subscribe. Upon listing date, u will be entitled 300 HSSEB (200 + 100 bonus) and 300 HSSEB-WA.

If u plan to buy Hsseb-OR from open market, u still need to pay RM1.30 for every OR u bought.Make sure the payment reaches the registrar before dateline or else ur OR will become "nil".

The reason the equation being divided 26 is one bonus for 2 OR subscribed.
