TuaHuat, so far our annual investment return on NG is more than 100 % since we bought it at 8 - 9 cents before rights issue in last year. No patient no big gain. :)

TuaHuat, I will only offload 25% of my holding shares if NG share price can achieve my first TP 20 cents. I won't abandon Nexgram bcos it is my golden goose unless its fundamental is deteriorated or TPY has started to dispose his NG shares. Wish all Tua Huattttttt.... :)

Don't be surprise if EPF fund acquire Nexgram shares again due to great improvement of its fundamental & future prospect! Don't forget EPF did acquire NG shares in 2006 - 2007 but disposed it in 2007 due to deterioration of NG's earning.

Anyhow, Hope TPY will do his best to secure more private / government projects related to property development, security system and so on in order to improve NG's earning tremendously and attract more institutional investors rather than speculators to invest Nexgram.

If based on Nexgram's financial performance & future prospect, it can be classified as a good fundamental penny stock bcos its earning growth will be huge in the next five years if all his corporate proposals & MOUs are materialized. So 15 cents & below is quite safe entry price for NG in short - long term.

For newbies, pls do your homework and trade at your own risk bcos all your buy / sell decisions is yours! Don't blame others & make noise if you are trapped in short-mid term.

I think BP already knew the great news, but they don't want to push it up more than 15 cents on last Thursday & Friday, instead was accumulating NG at 13 & 13.5 cents due to waiting for those contra players & ikan bilis who bought NG below 13 cents to throw it to them.

Hence, NG share price will be pushing up more than 15 cents and a lot of ppl will panic buying NextGem on coming monday!

Bing, the dividend should be announced b4 AGM by next month if really have.

Travoltakeong, Nexgram had proposed to issue 190,666,667 new shares (15 cents per share) to acquire 70% paid up of Sensorlink with guaranteed PAT of RM 8.7 million for FY 2014 & 2015. Pls read Nexgram's announcement related to such acquisition for further details.

In term of TA & FA, no prob. for Nexgram share price appreciation.

TuaHuat, as you know Nexgram share price had failed to breach 15.5 cents on 20th August due to Sumatec share price collapse did jeopardize the uptrend of Nexgram share price and also trigger other penny stocks price tumbled. Anyhow, 15.5 cents is just a psychological resistant price and next TP is 18 cents once 15.5 cents is breached.

after announcement of SSA completion, the next announcement will be the listing date of 190,666,667 new Nexgram shares probably by tomorrow or Friday. Hence, 15.5 cents will be challenged again from tomorrow onwards if market sentiment is remain good and there is no major price correction for penny stocks initiated by Sumatec like previous.

TuaHuat, I'm just wondering what's the main factor to induce you to buy KBUNAI since its fundamental wise especially annual financial result is very terrible.

I'm not encourage you to buy it if you're planning to hold it for mid-long term. Instead, it's feasible if your intention is just for short term speculation since penny stocks is outperforming and more bullish than bluechips recently. Anyhow, final decision is yours and trade at your own risk.

NG is moving up gradually and systematically. Previous two weeks it was hovering between 12.5 - 14 cents. Hence, next two weeks it may hover at 13.5 - 15 cents if based on its current movement trend. Memang slow & steady!

This counter is not suitable for contra players bcos can't get quick bucks easily and need to hold a few months if you really want to obtain good return.

No pain & patience no big gain!!!

I have prepared my bullet to top up NG again if it's really dropped to 12.5 cents again by tomorrow. Hope BP will let my wish come true. Hahaha...

Bangonluck, I can't give you any advice because I think you already knew Protasco share price was plummeted sharply due to TPY & OKA disposed their shares in open market as well as acquisition of O&G company in Indonesia was terminated even though its fundamental wise still intact at the moment.

Anyhow, it's a good indicator for us to offload our NG shares if TPY & OKA are starting to dispose their NG shares to the public same like Protasco.

億豐近期不大事擴充

（吉隆坡5日訊）億豐（NEXGRAM,0096,創業板科技組）保持平穩作風，在近期內不會有大規模的擴充計劃。


億豐董事經理鄭博毅在股東特大後表示，億豐於賽城（Cyberjaya）的物業發展的總體規劃已敲定，但是不會就現在推出，會等適當時機。

他說：“我們希望（該發展計劃）可以在明年年中推出，但是一切都要視時機而定，我們並不著急。”

詢及近期會否有其他收購計劃，鄭博毅表示現階段不置評。

他表示，所有的收購案都必須與億豐現有的業務有關聯，雖然暫時沒有收購目標，但如果可以物色到適合的對象也不排除收購的可能性。

“不同於剛上市的時候，現在的億豐會保此平穩的態度，慢慢挑選有潛能的公司。”

他也表示，公司現在的流動現金處於一個良好水平，所以才會選擇在這個時機點上買回公司的股票。

他說，公司暫時沒有籌資計劃，但是如果有任何大計劃而需要現金週轉的話，不排除會通過與銀行貸款的方式去籌款。

這次億豐的股東特大是為公司認購自家的股份和收購Sensorlink控股私人有限公司70%的股權而召開。

鄭博毅表示非常看好Sensorlink的前景，也預計會在接下來的2至3季里看見Sensorlink的表現。

“Sensorlink是在視頻監控市場裡的頂級玩家。該公司有利可圖並擁有優良的管理層。”（星洲日報／財經）
