Jean2014, Bursa Malaysia had approved Nexgram to issue additional 190,666,667 NG shares at 15 cents for aquisition of 70% Sensorlink by today.

10 cents is NG's PAR value instead of issued price for such acquisition.

NG's 4th qtr result is considered good enough as its PBT of oversea business was about RM 2 million if compare to small loss / breakeven in previous qtr. I think about 50 - 60% of its PAT was contributed by revaluation of surplus building.

NG will show first wave of positive movement by this week probably by tomorrow onwards. Q4 result & dividend is first key catalyst to boost it up if better than expected.

Most of NG shareholders will be very happy to get yearly dividend from Nexgram provided its net profit can sustainable and increasing gradually as well.

NG will declare dividend at the end of this month. Foresee 0.2 - 0.3 cent per share.

Q2 = RM 10 mil
Q3 = RM 15 mil
Q4 = RM 20 mil

Total up Q1 to Q4 = RM 50 mil

Hence, PE is about 16.52 at 26.5 cents and high chance it can go up to 32 cents to achieve PE 20X. Maybe it can shoot up to 40 cents if exit from PN17 but is it too optimistic?

Its 1st qtr net profit only about RM4.736 million. Do you think it can achieve net profit of RM125 million by this year??? Assume its FY2014 net profit is RM20 million, so its PE is around 41.3X at current share price, 26.5 cents! Do you think it is overvalued already???

Hopefully Lngres's BOD will start buying back its own shares to stabilize the Lngres share price ASAP after approval in AGM.
