NG may reward the loyal shareholders his treasury shares as dividend after share buyback was implemented. Share buyback + treasury shares as dividend are double boosters to push up NG share price to at least 15 cents!

Agreed with Ryan7642. How come we so worry about TPY disposed other shares especially Protasco? Do you think why TPY & Ooi want to take profit from Protasco rather than NG? We must have faith on NG provided TPY and Ooi didn't sell their NG shares & WC in this crucial period.

1. When dividend for FYE Apr 2014 will be declared? If yes, then how many cent will be declared?

2. How soon share buyback will be commenced?

2. When MOU of JV with Protasco will be finalised?

3. How soon NG will be transferred to main board? - better give us the timeframe.

4. Any other potential acquisition / JV / corporate exercise in future.

I think you better attend the upcoming EGM to highlight this issue to TPY and request him immediate buyback mother share in order to push it up to more than 20 cents like Ifcamsc once approval of 10% share buyback proposal was granted...Plus acquisition / JV with GST related company to boost up NG share price like Ifcamsc...

Bing, that EGM's main purpose is for obtaining approval of sensorlink acqusition by NG shareholders. Maybe NG's BOD will slot the dividend proposal in that EGM as well. But it's a rare case and don't put too much hope on it. I think the dividend declaration will be announced before / latest by early of October 2014.

Yup Bing, but I think still have some contra players / traders bought a few hundred thousand mother share at 12 cents at that day. Hence, they will force-sell it at 11.5 cents if NG share price still stagnant by tomorrow. I think I can get some mother shares again at 11.5 cents by tomorrow.

Seems like EGM date will be announced by tomorrow not today due to yesterday was public holiday and tomorrow is T+4 for 16 million NG shares traded on last Thursday.

Seems like some ikan bilis were desperate to dispose its mother share at 11.5 cents due to long waiting and cannot tahan other ACE counters was skyrocketed already. Anyhow, that's good sign to shorten the BP's accumulation stage as well as our waiting period.
