I would certainly wanted to know how is bina puri get the arrangement done this time around.

Over the years, bina puri has proof to us they have the ability to secure mega projects, but they has not proof to us their ability to increase the profit margin.
Worse still, I didn't know why is the net profit attributed so little to the equity share owner ?
Look at the latest quarterly result, net profit 6.58m but attribute only 0.9m to equity share owner.

Can someone here enlighten me ?

Bina puri hold only 12% of ideal heights therefore it came to 90m only.

Actually nothing much to shout about! If the whole development undertaken by ideal heights then it only contribute 90m per year to bina puri.

Well said Adam Khoo, I bought from 60+ cents and average down to 30+ cents. Attended twice the agm at selayang, went many times to main place, still I could not be sure to cut loss or hold on for it. As I tell Calvin, welcome on board...but...to wonderland or holland ?

Calvin, it is normal when substantial shareholders sold their shares with profit taking. But, if not one but two very substantial shareholders has sold theirs at a loss mean they see something we don't see.

Please also take notice that Jentera Jati once a largest shareholders has paired down their stakes from over 20% to less than 10% !

And, another prominent business man owned company Bumimaju Mawar has also sold their stakes from over 19% in year 2010 to almost 0% ( not even appeared in the 30 largest shareholders list ) !!

I believe we should also asked ourself why should we buy into Bina Puri if the riched has sold their's at loss ?

How many times I need to remind that bins puri only has about 33% stake in usj main place mall.

"They" can't sell any if the public don't buy at 4/4.5/5 cents. DBE par value is at 1 cent, therefore it is not impossible if this counter keep on selling down to 2 cents for RCN at 1 cent.

It is still unclear to the public that whether CJ Korea wanted to have controlling stake or just be an investor while helping them to synergize their logistics arm in Malaysia.

folks, bear in mind this announcement is not take over the WHOLE company, it is merely buy and sell portion of the company shares, meaning to say the buyer and seller can agreed at whatever price they found suit BUT NOT necessary offer the same to others shareholder.

My view, somehow different, I think the insider has knew q2 result were not as expected, and therefore they goreng the price up today, hopefully could attract buying volume in the next few days so that they are able to sell theirs at higher before the q2 result released.

I didn't see the logic here, restricted shares has been issue at 0.10 and it all known by us, yet still there are peoples buying above 0.20 ??!! Are we all stupid ??

I bought XOX at middle of Aug and I remembered at that time the market cap is only around 20M+, I have sold it with a little profit by Nov.

If I remembered the share price correctly, market cap should be around 30M+ if basing on 10 sen share price prior to restricted issues shares. So, for XOX share price to be same as 30M+ market cap, the share price shall be around 0.085 !
