As said earlier Tadmax is in the process of totaling exiting the 1,2000MW IPP by selling its 75% (35%+40%) interest in the project company to Worldwide. From the perspective of net asset backing per share, this counter appear cheap if you are in the position to influence or control the running of the company. However the company is fully controlled by one group of shareholders. No way any body be it institution or individual can have any influence of the future of the company. So we are not surprised that institutional share holders are not keen to be strategic investors.

We should try do avoid fear or greed clouding our investing decisions. Look and analyze the biz of Jaks especially pay more attention to the IPP biz in Vietnam. From the public info, we know the deal with the GOV ( Gov. of Viet.) for the project is extremely good. The return is high and virtually guaranteed by GOV and the only risk remains is non performance and non compliance by the owner of the IPP with respect to the construction and operation of the IPP Plant. However I belief the risk of non performance is extremely low considering the current stage of completion and the extensive experience of China Jaks parter. My personal view any way.
