Surprised not much interest on the Company so far. The two announcements today will guide us on the current progress and status of the IPP Project. Non numbers in the balance sheet are more critical than figures in the balance sheet and P&L statement. Credibility of management is of utmost important, nothing else matter if management is not ok.

The pandemic has just been declared and we don't really know the indirect or higher oder effects or ramifications that may not happen immediately now . The most important thing now is not to speculate or argue what should be the right price or value of the stock but to make sure you will survive first so that you can always be in the game later. Don't waste our time to argue who is right or wrong. In time like this just do what ever it take to survive whatever the future scenario will be. Survival first!

Eden on its own merit has excellent fundamental. It's main business of owning two IPPs will give a higher revenues as they were just been rehabilitated. The land near Kuantan Port will be monitised soon for ECRL Project. The management and controlling shareholders connection with both the PM and FM not withstanding.

For those who intend to accumulate Tadmax, now is wonderful time. Prices plunge due to irrational panic and perhaps forced selling. Just look at its current biz. This alone worth more than current price. If you include the value of IPP, the value would be way above.

Just be patient lah if you are buying. This is a big special sale time.

No worry! Hydro power plants will not be affected by virus. Gunung is one of the few counters not negatively impacted by this virus pandemic. As strong as a mountain and it will stand out.

Just concentrate on valuation of Eden itself: net asset at 78 sen, turning around in turn of profit and bright, sale of land for ECRL and robust future income from two IPPs. The election of new PM is just a trigger for investors to get interested in the counter.

Just watch this counter, new owner and new government.

Avoid greed and fear but make judgement based on facts and circumstances around those facts, then you will be ok.

Net asset per share alone is already 78 sen and profitable with better expected income from the two IPP in Kelantan and Sabah. If you include potential land sale in Kuantan plus other favorable circumstances around this counter, you can make your own evaluation and judgement!

Don't worry bearish or bullish but just look at the current reality now!

That is not the reason why he quits. Gunung is developing a no of hydroelectric projects in Perak and the profits will come not now but in the near future and the incomes from the plants with secured PPA with TNB will be robust and very attractive. Just be patience.
