I was at the AGM, the "reason" cited by CEO for producing low margin mouse is to fill to keep the factory running and workforce occupied while waiting for the latest blue tooth products to run full swing, if i remember correctly.I did express the concerns of low margin in their business.Both CEO and Deputy CEO are more technically inclined in their presentations than financial aspects of the business while urging us to be more long term in our investment in the company. I am ambivalent though both are impressive in their enthusiasms of new product development strategies.Let us watch the next quarter results.

I am equally concerned of the low project margins Sapura obtained lately, is this the way the CEO try to puff up its top line to buy time for his position while raking in super high salary ? If still no profit next 2 quarters , it is time shareholders demand for a new CEO at lower salary. What this the BOD doing here ? sleeping together with this CEO ?

Mabel, great to hear you are adding @ 51 cents too, thanks to you and Mikekim plus others for great insights on Armada. This share is a great turn around story for me , from 5 figures paper loss to now near 6 figures paper gain now . What a ride so far and what a great experience of risking catching falling knife for some times. If next quarter results add another 3 cents per share profit, 90 cent TP is not impossible .

I was travelling yesterday but my parked buying order @ 51 cents was successful to add to my holding ; Good to see the QR results are better than last quarter. Cheers Armada investors. 90 cents coming by next quarter I hope.

Still holding for 90 cents intermediate TP before making any decision pending the unfolding of the catalytic factors by then. Along the way, expect some retraces.

I agree with Paktua 73, we are just witnessing a partial rise of Armada returning to its former glory. I have invested in Armada since 2014, suffered scary drops but continued to buy to its lowest point. The temptations to cash in 68 % profit margins is there but I am resisting ; as I am still waiting for Armada's major catalysts such as better quarterly results ; Claire court case and rewriting back of the impairments. Looking forward to its next major hurdle of 90 + cents and marching towards attractive RM 1.30 range hopefully within the next 12 months barring world recession come earlier than 2020 .

The final TP would depend on the few consecutive quarters profitability and also the results of Claire court case. What would be the reasonable PE ratios base on the potential quarterly results after the next 2 quarters ? It is said year 2021 , there is higher chance of poorer world economy based on cyclical theory , but then economists keep shifting their forecast .......

Ha ! You must be feeling the pain of this fat salary CEO keep selling his high spirit to shareholders but has not shown bottom line improvement over the last few years.
We want to remind the board they should not beholden to this CEO but challenge him to put his money where his mouth is by volunteer to cut his salary by 50 % until SapNrg makes RM 300million per quarter at least . Time for the shareholders to shout .

SAPNRG’s projects margin is too low to justify CEO high salary .

I hold SAPNRG but did not subscribe to its right issues as I was told it would have too much dilutions to see the price rebound soon plus I see its gross margin versus Armada is not attractive . Though SAPE’s CEO is much more visionary than the Armada’s previous CEO , he is very much overpaid ( 80/to 90 millions RM/ year) for the last few years company’s poor performance. My gut feeling for now is SAPNRG could be the next rising share after Armada but need a few quarters of convincing profit given its very low gross margin of the last few projects secured. Hence I am still focusing on Armada for now.

Indeed I bought Armada as the share was dropping as I see their order book is huge to last for a few years , and I think FPSO contracts would be long term generally , with big impairment , the share price is under valued .

I was equally pissed off by the previous CEO too and thought the board was too slow to get rid of him . The current CEO is more proactive and hands on .

Armada would do well if they are more proactive in sharing their latest information/ development in Krakren performance , OSV segment with shareholders , perhaps they have reasons not to tell too early , allowing the major interested parties to pick up more shares before the next quarter results is out ?

When Armada was on the way down from 70 + cents to 15 cents, I kept buying to average the costs down, though was mindful of the danger of catching the dropping dagger. It is equally challenging to resist selling when the price shot up from bottom along the way , seeing traders like Shpok4574 and IK trades so frequently to take in profit.

Another potential booster is Trump may have to eat humble pie from China by November to conclude a deal before he roll out his re-election campaign. Just wait and see.

What were you thinking when Armada fell to 5 years low 14.5 cents from RM 1.60 , did you think it was risky to buy then ?
What would you think when Armada rebound back to beyond , let us shay , 69 cents or even RM 1.69 , would you think you should have taken all facts into considerations and acted earlier ?
