I have no idea why people come in and hope to limit down, so that they can collect? If they intend to collect, means they are confident bout this company, but why hope to limit down? Maybe to create panic sell

In a televised interview with RTM1, Mahathir promised a business-friendly environment as well as deregulation under the new Pakatan Harapan government.
Mahathir also assured that Putrajaya will continue to welcome foreign direct investment, but with a caveat that local contractors will be given priority in the development sector.
"This FDI will be limited to those bringing funds and technology into the country, constructing factories, producing goods for the local market or export.
"We find that Malaysians are already competent in the development sector. We can build our own cities and other necessities for the people.
"We will decide that all these will be open to local companies. So if there are big infrastructure projects, we will only allow foreign participation if we do not have the expertise," he said.
Mahathir said the government will also scale back on regulations to encourage businesses.
"Everyone can freely and easily conduct businesses. We welcome investment be it from within the country or outside," he said.
Mahathir said a review of the economy will also be conducted to determine the country's real level of debt and the health of its finances.
Since local company will be given priority, could anyone tell which local company is more eligible than mmc-gamuda-gkent jv for mrt3 project?

KUALA LUMPUR (April 19): With crude oil prices now trading above US$70 per barrel, AmInvestment Bank said the limelight has returned to Sapura Energy Bhd's exploration and production (E&P) operation, with its proposed listing becoming much more likely and reinvigorating the group's overall rerating process.
In a report today, AmInvestment Bank's Alex Goh pointed out that Sapura's E&P production for the financial year ending Jan 31, 2020 (FY20) is expected to fall by 12% year-on-year (y-o-y) from natural decline.
Nevertheless, Goh has maintained a "buy" recommendation with unchanged forecasts and fair value of RM1 per share.
Goh said the Gorek, Larak and Bakong gas fields in the US$200 million Phase 1 of the SK408 production sharing contract are targeted to commence production in FY21, radically transforming annual gas output from 2 million barrels of oil equivalent (boe) by 10 times to 12 million (boe) and propel overall hydrocarbon production to 13.4 million boe, up 3.8 times from 3.5 million boe in FY18.
While final investment decision for Phase 2 for the Jerun field in SK408 has not been reached, its commencement in FY24 is expected to boost the group's overall production even further to 20 million boe, 5.7 times the current output, he added.
Besides the RM2.7 billion contracts secured so far this year which raised its order book by 10% quarter-on-quarter (q-o-q) to RM16.6 billion, more engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning jobs are expected, said Goh.
"Possibly from a central processing platform for the KG-DWN-98/2 deep-water project off India's east coast and three more wellhead platforms for Sapura's own SK408 project," Goh added.
This is underpinned by the 37% q-o-q increase in the group's prospective tenders to US$13 billion as at Jan 31, 2018 from new markets in the Middle East, Latin America, India and Africa.
At 10.15am, shares in Sapura were up three sen or 4.11% at 76 sen, with 97.55 million shares traded for a market capitalisation of RM4.55 billion. Note that the stock has rebounded about 85.37% from its all-time low of 41 sen in mid-March this year.
"There is still ample upside to further raise our fair value given that the stock is currently trading at a huge 73% discount to our sum-of-parts (SOP)," said Goh.
