Go back to my original question ... how liquid is the cash hoard (assuming it is real ?). That money put in FD would have generated funds to pay dividend but ... wait come back and slap investors with RI some more.

I think the cash hoard has been used as collateral for their misadventures in china stock market. Probably up to their ears in debt. Local china bank also dont want to lend them money.

There is no doubt KYY has made some correct calls in the past which has payed me handsomely. But as a general rule i never buy any stock that dont pay dividends for more than 6 quarters no matter how attractive it may trade. Usually it an indication on the management abilities or inabilities in this case
In the case of this XingQ PRC ... the issue is not dividend issue ... (that is a lost cause after 5 years). The issue now is exactly how liquid is their cash hoard. The auditor should pen down if the said cash is not being used as collateral for loans taken by associate companies.

Hello hevea12345, really at 1.25 ?. can u enlighten how rm1.25 was derived. I want to invest but not sure what price to go in. some say 1.50 is ok others say 1.40 maybe. 1.25 is quite low. can shed some light kah ... how u arrived at 1.25. i really want to add tech stock to my portfolio but must get opinion b4 investing.

I watch this counter but was unsure at what price to buy. For many days now it was valiantly being supported at RM1.50 even with so many sell order until it finally broke the resistance. Whoever who was supporting @RM1.50 for these many days must have very strong conviction for this counter. The sheer volume cost at defending at RM1.50 must have surely been painful
My honest opinion is that had the contract awarded a very much higher value it would be trading like MYeg.
On what would have been an up day like today, this counter had turned negative ... so very strange indeed.
I will continue to monitor this counter before deciding an appropriate entry point

This counter already turned very dangerous today. I dont dare to play counter when company make arrangement for 10sen private placement. I think many were like me who bought at 27.5 couple days ago and start unloading at 30/30.5 once the announcement came out today. I think Bursa patience also wearing thin. Bursa going to announce it as designated stock. Could be as early as coming Monday. If that happen many who are stuck going to check in to Hospital Bahagia .... OMG !!!

Still got much more downside. A lot of margin calls coming Monday for this counter. Avoid this counter and trade according to its latest result if you have to. This counter still got hope ... if follow CANONE trajectory .. but not at current price level and definately not with the same management. Usually if management got nothing to hide they will give some indication like forward looking statement ... not quietly sell off.

Oil price dropping like no tomorrow. I just cleared off and make small profit. Counter was artficially propped up last moments. Play carefully next week if you intend to goreng O&G counter. I think export related counter will start to make moves due to pending Fed rate hike. Avoid finance counter if possible. Good Luck !

Richkid currently at the Kinsteel foundry to change to steel balls. This morning he used metal from Johor Tin. It turned out to be useless as it melted just now. IMHO ... Steel Type335 not good enuff. The best to use is Platinum Type20.

Always avoid counter's where mgmt/directors say one thing but quietly sell. Especially run when the CEO also do the same thing. 20+year investing in KLSE ... this one important lesson i learn't which is far accurate than any candlestick analysis can produce. Almost 100% correct everytime.

One of the factors many of the analyst seemed to have missed out is this issue of aircraft coming out of leases particularly wide body jets. Delta airlines CEO seems to suggest that a jet bubble will occur. This is good news for AA as it will cut their costs even more ... but not good news for aircraft manufacturers though

Must admit for me this is one of the few counter that i did not expect to jump big time from 8x sen range at end august. Waiting to reach 1.6x before unload partially. Very rare opportunity like this comes this way in a bear market. More so when one pumps in a lot based on gut feel and average down (during the dark days) before the beautiful run up happened

Also this was the only counter i did not bother about candlesticks or the GMT con-artist valuations. Just went in with simple logic on valuations/debt. If you got holding power, the sky's the limit once the oil hedging obligations are over next year. Easily can reach RM1.90-2.00 before CNY or or even significantly higher by raya next year (barring no bad news).

So happy break for today for tomorrow we go into battle again.

Jobee, There is an insane number of retail plyrs in this counter over past 1 week.
I was quite surprise to see strong support between 1.24-1.26 esp today . If ringgit can hold between 4.29-4:30 to USD. then i doubt you can catch 1.25 monday morning ... maybe 1.26 as starting point till 1:30. However it will be turbulent from 1:30
onwards as you need to consider :
1. Big Sister Yellen - Depend on how she behaves next week
2. The Ringgit and Texas Tea. If Texas Tea falls and Ringgit dont follow then Puan
Zeti better make sure her interference is sustainable at least until big sister
Yellen's announcement
3. Good citizens of this country who are waiting @1:30 level onwards caught between
impatience and trust that it can fly to RM2.00 by years end.
4. Mr Wellington doesn't ditch his old g/f second time in in the near term
5. GMT sharks are fishing in some other pond ... meaning the shorties

As for me i bought a humungous amount at 80-85 before few days before National Day . Suddenly this plane took-off before i could check-in. I havent sold any yet .... So i'd be the last person to ask how far this counter can go ...

EPF/Khazanah .. etc already know the writing on the wall for this counter since last year. That is why these dickheads were forced to let go staff and declare some dividends to pacify Govt investment bodies.
