There is no such thing as a guaranteed thing when it comes to finding oil. There are more dry holes and uneconomical find than finding a viable one

BIMB-WA is different in the sense the major shareholder is LTH.

LTH always looking for investable securities that provide consistent decent yield.

LTH problem is that there is not many options when it comes to shariah compliant investable instruments

LTH will buy and support BIMB-WA for the dividend alone. Dont think it will fall significantly from this level. May be a bit to clear contra players but give it 1-2 weeks, it will go up above RM 1

from my experience when u have a drilling campaign u want your rig to work 24/7 as daily charter rate is so expensive

last night when i check via rig zone it indicated rig status is cold stack. u can google what cold stack means for a rig

i will try to catch it on the next uptick i guess if drilling result turns out to be good. less profit ok by me.

i am waiting for more clarity tho on the drilling situation. being an oil and gas man myself, having a rig sitting idle at day rate of above USD100K a day is not a good sign
