What's worrying Rubbrex Board holding 240 Million cash never paid out a single sen to thier minorities suffering shareholders {unlike TGlove, Supermax, Kossan or Harta} . when they are making big profit in the last 2 years. Instead they buy into the uncompleted mall for 181 Million { a 20% stake in the Empire City Mall} looks like Rubbrex may increased further their stake to complete the Mall. The Shopping mall project is one part of the Mamorth Empire Damansara development.
