As soon as the PP is approved ( it won’t fail as majority shareholders are crooks) stakeholders, hangers on, servents, relations, etc will get share allocation, freebies and then they may announce new contracts or MOU’s wait until bait is caught and then dumping will start...same old pattern....THAT IS WHY FOREIGN INVESTMENT HAS STOPPED ...NO CORPORATE OR REGULATORY GOVERNANCE
