KSL is well-informed that they are indeed under-valued. They know their $8 worth pizza is selling at $4. The pizza is initially cut into 4 pieces & sale at $1/ slice. They decided to cut into 8 pieces (issue Wa) but still sell at $1/ piece. This will eventually give them what they deserve ($8). After the full dilution they might issue rights again if they think they are still under-valued. Again. Just my 2sen.

If the above statement is true, we know which is better buy( Wa or mother). From now on it long term investment ( no more rally). Wa will slow down. When dividend is declared the value of Wa is further deteriorated. Just my 2sen :)

My humble opinion for the irregular price movements of WA & mother share is that institutional players are realizing their gain. It is their normal practice. Sell a portion at the peak of the rally & take back their capital. Whatever left is other ppl money. These other ppl money will be their long term investment.

Now we see the beauty of fundamentally strong stock. No matter how it is suppressed will still rebound.

I have been searching up & down. Very hard to find a good deal like Hevea.

It's TTM free cash flow/ sale is 12.35% compared to 7.32%(year2013). Meaning: every dollar of sale generates 12sen free cash. Any company with free cash flow/ sale > 5% is cash cow. Reason: improving operating margin from 7% (year2013) to 9%.

At 1.69, Hevea's earning yield (EY) is 16.4%. Meaning that if U buy the entire company at market 1.69 per share, paying all it's liabilities and pocket all it's excess cash, base on it's TTM EBIT of 35.7million, U get 16.4% return pa. If U flip it over (1 / 16.4%), U get EV/ EBIT of 6. WarrenB said if U found a company with EV/ EBIT < 7, U probably found a very good deal.
